Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful personal information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect information may hinder account verification and cause issues with withdrawals.

3.3 Password Security

fk11 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep members' information secure. However, ensuring the security of your own device is your responsibility.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

Payment methods currently accepted on fk11: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

  • Only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may result in account closure.
  • The deposited amount will be credited to your account once verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  • Full account verification (KYC) is required before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals are not possible after a deposit if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
fk11 is committed to preventing money laundering. Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on fk11 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

  • A bonus applies only once per account.
  • Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
  • fk11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.

VIP Program & Cashback

fk11's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on a member's regular activity and overall contribution. fk11 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and will provide advance notice if this occurs.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

fk11 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Deliberately exploiting any system error or vulnerability.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or by concealing one's identity.
  • Attempting to claim bonus benefits multiple times in an improper manner.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If any of the above activities are proven, fk11 may immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Each bet placed on fk11 is considered final once successfully confirmed. If the outcome of a bet cannot be determined due to a technical error or data feed issue, fk11 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the original stake.

8.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are considered final. Odds in in-play markets may change rapidly.

8.3 Maximum Win Limit

fk11 sets maximum payout limits for various games and events. No payout beyond this limit will be made on any single bet or game. Contact the support team for details on maximum limits.

Account Suspension & Closure

fk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause in these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour.
  • Refusal to provide required information for account verification.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for a long period (an email notice will be sent prior to closure for extended inactivity).
  • A self-exclusion request in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines.
